5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited principal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 (৳1,200 × 15) in bets before it can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The account must be fully verified to receive a bonus.
• There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement — the applicable period will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Not all games can be played with bonus balance — restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain games.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

cv993's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Progression to higher VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and engagement. Each tier's cashback is paid on a specific day each week.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cv993 uses SSL encryption and reliable random number generator technology to ensure fair play in all games. If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage through software, bots, or any other method, their account may be immediately closed.
